KZD-3D Particle Counter(Double Mode)
KZD-3D Upstream and downstream particle counter is a specially designed instrument for evaluating the filtration performance of filters (filter elements) through multiple tests. Through two high-precision dual-mode laser sensors, the particle concentration of the upstream and downstream of the multiple test systems are respectively and simultaneously detected, so as to obtain the filtration efficiency and filtration ratio of the filter (filter element), which is fully in line with the "GB/T18853-2002 (ISO16889: 1999) Hydraulic filters - Multiple Pass method for assessing filter element filtration performance and ISO 19438 Diesel and Gasoline filters for internal combustion engines - Determination of filtration Efficiency and impurity storage Capacity by particle counting.

1.The forward scattering and optical resistance dual-mode laser sensor has the advantages of fast detection speed, strong anti-interference, high precision and good repeatability.
2. High-precision sensor to ensure resolution and accuracy, can achieve both upstream and downstream particle count.
3. Precision metering sampling system to achieve constant sampling speed and precise control of sampling volume.
4.5.6-inch true color LCD touch screen, touch operation, simple and convenient.
5. Fully comply with the relevant provisions of ISO16889:1999 (GB/T18853-2002) and ISO 19438 standards.
6. Easy to operate, can set counting time, interval time, test time; The upstream and downstream detection can be set separately or simultaneously.
