BZMF-1 BZMF-1 Portable abrasive particle analyzer
BZMF-1 Portable abrasive particle analyzer, which uses high-speed camera image analysis technology and intelligent algorithm for contour recognition, and adds visual identification process and particle source analysis on the basis of particle count, which is a supplement to the traditional photoresist particle counter series of Logan company.
1Principle
The product uses high-speed camera image analysis technology to magnify the particles in the liquid onto the sensor of the HD camera, quickly analyze the geometric shape of the particles, and obtain the size of its projected area.
2Performance feature
- The particle count and cleaning codes per unit volume are obtained from the size information (ISO 4406, NAS 1638,GJB420A/B, SAE AS 4059, SAE749D, GOST, User-Defined);
- Intelligent contour analysis algorithm is used to classify cutting wear, contact wear, fatigue wear, non-metallic wear, fiber, water droplets, bubbles and other types of particles larger than 20m, so as to facilitate users to predict the type of wear, wear mode and potential sources of wear of internal components of the machine;
- provides the image and video of the abrasive particles passing through the sensor during the measurement process.
3 Technical index::
- Detection range: 2~300um;;
- Detection speed:10~40ml/min;
- Particle concentration: < 10,000,000 particles/ml, error is less than 2%;
- Applicable oil types: mineral oil, synthetic oil, hydraulic oil, turbine and distilled fuel;
- Viscosity range: <650cst;
- Data output: 7 inch color touch screen, panel printer; Can export database or PDF file;
- Calibration: Can be calibrated according to GBT18854(ISO11171) or latex ball.
