Located in Qingdao city, a beautiful coastal city in Shandong Province and boasting the second largest seaport in China, Qingdao Horizon Aluminum Co., Ltd. is committed to supplying high quality Aluminum products from China to the world. We have customers from countries and regions like USA, Canada, European countries, South American countries, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan, Russia and South Africa etc.Founded in January 2009 and having engaged in aluminum business for over 15 years, we mainly handle the following products: aluminium foil, aluminium sheet and plate and coils and allied products. Our factory has 20 casting-rolling lines, 28 sets of cold rolling mills and more than 30 sets of aluminium foil mills, horizontal and radial shearers, slitting and rewinding equipment, with a floor area of 1.2 million square meters. Aiming on production of light gauge aluminum foil, our product range covers soft packaging and lamination foil, household aluminium foil, aluminium fin stock, semi-rigid container foil and battery foil etc.
Our aluminium foil plant has 4 foil mills equipped with flatness control system from Siemens (AFC) and gauge control system from Honeywell (AGC). We have 18 separators, 7 grinders and 58 annealing furnaces for various applications. Our foil thickness ranges from 0.006-0.09mm, width from 200mm-1650mm and reel diameter up to 700mm.

Process flow of our aluminium foil production is as follows:
Ingot and master alloy melting - furnace holding - continuous casting - cold rolling - mediate annealing - Annealing - foil rough rolling - foil intermediate rolling - doubling - foil finish rolling - separating - annealing - finished foil packing.

Aluminium Alloy 1100
The 1100 aluminium alloy is a general industrial pure aluminium ,containing 99.0% aluminum It can not be heat treated and strengthened. !t has low strength but good ductility formability, Weld ability and corrosion resistance, After anodizing, the corrosion resistance can be further improved while obtaining an aesthetically pleasing surface.
The 100 alloy is used for processing parts that require good formability and high corrosion resistance but no not require high tensile strength ,such as :chemical products ,food industry equipment and storage containers ,sheet processing parts ,deep drawing or spinning concave vessels ,welding parts ,heat exchangers ,printing plates, nameplates ,and reflective appliances .
Aluminium Alloy 3003
The 3003 aluminium ally is used to process parts that require good formability and high corrosion resistance and weld ability. It not only requires these properties but also higher tensile strength than lxxx alloys. The 3003 alloy is mainly used to produce kitchen utensils, food or chemical processing and storage devices, tanks for transporting liquid products, various pressure vessels and pipes processed with thin plates.
Aluminium Alloy 3102
The 3102 aluminium alloy keeps the advantages of other alloys and, therefore, it is good for making the composition even. It is suitable for professional production, lowering cost, saving energy and environment. The main usage for the 3102 alloy is to make air-conditioning foil.
Aluminium Alloy 8011
The 8011 aluminium alloy belongs to the 8XXX series alloy. Iron (Fe) and Silicon (Si) are added to aluminium. A content of more than 1% of other alloy material makes it very advantageous compared to other alloys 8011is typically used for aluminium foil. Its performance is better than pure aluminium foil. Iti s more used in foil than sheets or plates.
The main usage for the 8011 aly is pharmaceutical packaging. beverages, wine cover materials, food packaging. Lunch box materials, cosmetic bottle caps, and sealing lids.
