Product Description
Tools Hard Film PVD Vacuum Coating Equipment designed for protect the hard or super hard film on tool, cutter, mold. Vacuum sealing vacuum deposition chamber and the interior design of moving parts and the use of materials, full consideration can withstand high temperatures, assemble high efficiency roundness electric arc evaporation source or rectangular flat electric arc evaporation source. We also can add hollow cathode gun with excellent performance of the bias arc flash power, to ensure adequate plasma density and reactivity, increase the film density and bonding.
The workpiece can be three-dimensional motion, raising uniform of film. The whole automatic processing control. Can be coated TiN, TiC, TiCN, TiAlN, TiAlCN, TiCrN, TiCrCN, TiAlCrN, multilayer superhard film, used in Precision Mould industry (red bars the standard mold, mold, etc. ), tools industry (drill, hard alloy, milling cutter, broaches, head), automobile (piston, piston rings, alloy wheels, etc. ). New of Hollow cathode machine is particular apply to coating superhard film of broach and gear cutter.
