This equipment is a lightweight energy-saving tunnel kiln composed of 107 kiln cars and 61 kiln body modules, with a fully automatic kiln car operation system and control system. The kiln body is an assembled structure, and the steel frame, refractory materials, and pipelines are not made or masonry on site; Only installed on-site. Main Features:
-The kiln body adopts low thermal storage materials, and the double sealing structure adopts a mixed structure of hard bricks and lightweight refractory bricks.
-The kiln car is lightweight and sturdy, with interlocking seals between the kiln cars, and a labyrinth structure between the kiln walls and the kiln cars.
-The multi-point staggered distribution method using medium pressure high-speed burners is beneficial for controlling temperature differences and promoting the transition between slow burning and fast burning.
-Adopting proportional combustion method and fully automatic temperature control; Better regulation of heating and cooling, saving energy consumption and controlling the atmosphere inside the kiln.
-Advanced computer+PLC on-site centralized control makes kiln operation simple and intuitive.
-The use of low-power secondary air burners in the smoke exhaust preheating section helps to reduce cross-sectional temperature differences and improve product qualification rates.
-Fully utilize the flue gas and hot air extraction system, reserve heat utilization interfaces in the chimney, and provide heat sources for the drying kiln.
-All fans are equipped with frequency converters to save energy and reduce noise pollution.

1. Kiln control system is developed independently by us, which is suitable for air/gas ratio control,pulse control and flow control according to different requirements of the production processing.
2. Kiln control system mainly select Siemens PLC module of S7-300 and S7-200 or OMRON PLC module of CJ2M, industrial control computer and touch screen.
3.This system can collect the signals of kiln temperature, the pressure, air flow, etc., then send these information to main control panel or management system to display, record, set and control.
4.Control system can record and mange klin data in Microsoft windows, you can easily inquire historial data for defect analysis.
