As the product passes through the conveyor belt, it is evenly coated with a layer of pre-dust or mixed powder by the powder-covered conveyor belt and the powder sprinkled from above to meet the requirements of the next process. It can be connected with the battering machine and the breading machine to form different production lines. This allows for the completion of processes such as powder-batter-powder-batter-powder and batter-powder-batter-powder.
Unlike the breading machine, the flouring machine requires the powder to be applied using a conveyor belt, which prevents clogging and ensures a more even coating, aided by a vibration device.
