CDL/CDLF is a kind of vertical non-self priming multistage centrifugal pump, which is driven by a standard electric motor. The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft through a coupling. The pressure-resistant cylinder and flow passage components are fixed between pump head and inlet &outlet section with stay bolts. The inlet and outlet are located at the pump bottom at the same plane. This kind of pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector to effectively prevent it from dry-running, out-of-phase and overload.

Performance and Advantages

2. Since the shaft seal uses mechanical seals made of cemented carbide and fluororubber, the reliability of pump operation and the temperature of the transported medium can be improved.
3.The flow-passing part of the pump is stamped and welded by stainless steel plates, making the pump suitable for mildly corrosive media.
4.The overall structure is compact, small in size, light in weight, low in noise, significant in energy saving, and easy to maintain.
5.The water inlet and outlet of the pump are located on the same level as the pump base and can be directly used in the pipeline.
6.Using a standard motor, users can easily equip the motor according to their needs.
7.Intelligent protectors can be equipped according to user needs to effectively protect the pump from dry running, phase loss, overload, etc.

CDL type is applicable to conveying non-corrosive liquid, while CDLF is suitable for slightly corrosive liquid.

01 ABOUT OEM
OEM packing is available only if the quantity of single model reaches 50pcs, if not, it is expected that the buyers will pay the OEM packing charges extra.
02 ABOUT PAYMENT TERM
TT: 30% before the shipment, the rest paid against BL copy.
LC: LC AT SIGHT or LC 30 DAY.
03 ABOUT DELIVERY TERM
25-35 days on receipt of the down payment.
04 ABOUT THE SAMPLE
Samples are available, the buyer is expected to cover the sample costs and freight.
05 ABOUT WARRANTY
1.We offer warranty 12 months, since the date the goods arrive the customer's warehouse.
2.Within this period, adjustment, repair or replacement of parts or whole will be performed without charge except in the case of damage caused by accidents, misuse, tampered or lack of care.
3.We will always include 2% free spare parts which can be easily damaged in each shipment for your regular maintenance.
