In 2008, our advanced magnetic rotary centrifugal atomizer, a pioneering technological leap, has redefined standards in the environmental protection and drying industry. With exceptional features such as temperature resistance up to 1100ºC, supreme corrosion and dust particle grinding resistance, and unparalleled atomization capacity of 0.2 ~ 40t/h, it remains unrivaled globally. The same year proudly saw the deployment of our vertical kiln innovation for the incineration of both domestic and industrial solid waste.
In 2005, we launched a breakthrough in sludge granulation and drying technology, which earned the esteemed 'Technological Innovation Fund for small and medium-sized technological Enterprises' in 2009, and secured two international patents by 2017. This remarkable system, characterized by nearly 'Zero' abrasion, achieves exceptional energy efficiency requiring just one kilowatt-hour per ton of sludge. Its revolutionary 'porosity and large surface area' evaporation design ensures heat consumption is remarkably reduced to less than 70% of comparable products, driving down operational costs significantly.
By 2018, our pioneering spirit led to the development of pyrolysis calcination furnaces for sludge particles, vacuum calcination kilns, and more, expertly used in producing sludge ceramsite and industrial calcination processes.
