Product Description
Technical Date Sheet
Introduction:
1. Polyamine mixed reactive fixing agents are a type of cationic fixing agents that contain cationic groups and can bond with anionic dyes such as direct dyes, reactive dyes, and acid dyes through ionic bonds.
2. The molecule also contains reactive groups that react with the fiber under high-temperature baking conditions. Through the combination of these two forces, the dye is more firmly bound inside the fiber.
3. Polyamine mixed reactive fixing agents are mainly obtained by polymerizing organic amines with epichlorohydrin.
Main specifications:
Application:
1. The optimal immersion and rolling fixation process for formaldehyde free color fixing agents in polyamine mixed reactions is as follows: dyeing cotton fabric - two immersion and two rolling - (fixing agent 60g/L, rolling residue rate 80%, pH 10) - pre drying (70 ºC, 3 minutes) - Baking (140 ºC, 3 minutes).
2. After the immersion and rolling process, the color fastness of cotton fabrics dyed with reactive dyes has been improved from level 3 to level 4-5, the dry rubbing color fastness from level 3 to level 4-5, the wet rubbing color fastness from level 2-3 to level 3 or above, the wet rubbing color fastness of cotton fabrics dyed with direct dyes from level 2-3 to level 3 or above, and the cotton stain color fastness from level 2 to level 3-4. The improvement effect is significant.
3. The optimal impregnation process is to immerse the dyed cotton fabric in a fixing solution (with a fixing agent dosage of 3% (o.w. f.), Bath ratio of 20:1, fixing temperature of 60 ºC, 30min) - pre drying (70 ºC, 3min) - baking (130 ºC, 3min) The wash fastness of cotton fabrics dyed with reactive dyes after immersion treatment has increased from level 4 to level 5, the dry rubbing fastness from level 4 to level 4-5, and the wet rubbing fastness from level 2 to level 3; Applied to cotton fabrics dyed directly with dyes, the wet rubbing color fastness has increased from level 3 to level 3, and the cotton staining color fastness has increased from level 2 to level 3-4.
