Nitrile Butadiene Rubber 3345
Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), is a copolymer butadiene monomer polymerization, mainly produced by lowtemperature emulsion polymerization, excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance, strong adhesion. Its disadvantages are poor low temperature resistance, poor ozone resistance, poor insulation performance, low elasticity. NBR ismainly used in the manufacture of oil - resistant rubber products. The content in nitrile butadiene rubber (%) has 42 ~46, 36 ~ 41, 31 ~ 35, 25 ~ 30, 18 ~ 24 and other five kinds. The more content, the better oil resistance, but coldresistance is decreased. It can be used in 120ºC air or 150ºC oil for a long time.
