Description:
GYT-0.3T Combined Furnace for copper bar and tube making
That's mainly used to melt bronze, brass and other copper alloy, and compose with other related machine to form a series of production lines such as copper
rod, copper tube, copper strip and so on.
The products are widely used in electric wire, cable, electron, lockmaking, water heating equipments, refrigeration and other industries.

Work principle and main structures
·Melting Furnace
• This product uses electromagnetic induction principle, converting electric energy to heat energy,
melt the metal in the molten hook, and melt copper materials in the furnace chamber.
• This product consists of furnace body, inductor, tilting furnace system, electrical control.
• Furnace body adopts vertical structure, Welded by steel plates. Melting pool is knotted with
thermal insulation materials and refractory materials.
• Inductor consists of iron core, molten channel, coils and water-cooling jacket.
Inductor shell is welded together by steel plates, and uses ramming interiorly.
• Tilting furnace system: Adopting hydraulic tilting or winding engine to tilt furnace.
There is also stand type with no tilting.
• Electrical system: Adopting three phase balance type, voltage regulation has contactor
regulating and board plug these two types. Both of auto-transformer, electric reactor
have dry type and water-cooling type these two types, for user to choose.
·Holding Furnace
• Holding furnace is used for thermal insulation and traction.
• Holding furnace has two types: Vertical and horizontal. The structure depends on different
demands.
• This furnace structure and working principle are the same with melting furnace, only with a little
differences of the appearance.
• It can be used separately, also can combine with the melting furnace. Traction machine and
crystallizer matched with holding furnace to produce multiple copper rods, copper strips, and other sectional materials.
• Powe range: 40KW~120KW, holding temperature:1000ºC~1200ºC.
Installation
Manufacturer supplies equipment foundation drawings for user as reference, and user takes the
responsibility for the building. Generally building the electric furnace on the scene, and manufacturer dispatches an engineer to guide.
Other equipments
Mainly water cooling system equipped by user. Cooling pool, water pump, water in-out pipe form
a circulating water system, as cooling protection for electric furnace.
The needed materials and tools in installation contains: In-out lines of electric furnace,
power lines, retaining screws and so on, self-prepared by user.
