3D UV DTF Embroidery Printing machine
3D embroidery UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is an innovative technique that combines elements of 3D embroidery and UV printing to create highly detailed and textured designs on various fabrics. This method allows for vibrant, durable prints with a raised effect that mimics the look of embroidery.
Here are the basic steps involved in 3D embroidery UV DTF printing:
1.Design Creation: Create your design using graphic design software. Ensure that the design is suitable for 3D effects and UV printing.
2.Film Printing: Print the design onto a special film and UV Ink using a UV printer.
3.Heat Transfer: Place the printed film onto the fabric and use a heat press to transfer the design. bonding the design to the fabric.
4.Peeling: After the transfer is complete carefully peel away the film, leaving the 3D embroidered effect design on the fabric.
5. Re-press: Put the waste A film on the design re-press for increasing
firmness.
