Product Application:
This production shall be provided to isolate a system or equipment for the purpose of:
• Water draw: PLG1 Plunger Valves can be used for adjust the pressure rate and flow regulating in gravity draw pipeline.
• Water storage: PLG1 Plunger Valves can be used for the fluid lever control.
• Water supply: PLG1 Plunger Valves can be used as a control valve with different assembly parts, for pressure/flow modulating.
• Water draining, PLG1 Plunger Valves can be used as a by-pass blow-down valve for dams and hydropower station, etc.
• Water transportation: PLG1 Plunger Valves can be used for flow rate adjust and pressure regulating, meanwhile, the valve have the performance to avoid the pipeline burst.
• Water treatment: PLG1 Plunger Valves can be used as a protection valve for pump start, also available for the air capacity modulation in sewage treatment plant.
• Flow rate regulating, pressure modulating, fluid level control, and water draining function.
• Variety operation solution, gear box, pneumatic actuator and motor operation available, with customized control device depending on operating conditions.
• Low actuating torque due to pressure balanced valve piston.
• Rotationally symmetrical flow guidance.

• Axial movement of the plunger by means of crank gear mechanism.
• With self-locking worm gear unit including position indicator.

Question 1: Can you make OEM or ODM product?
DVK: Yes, if QTY attractive enough, we can create new mould for you, make bodies casting with your logo and your nameplate; if QTY not attractive enough, will be only with your nameplates or labels.
Question 2: How long is your delivery time?
DVK: General speaking, we have some stock for regular products, it is 1~2 weeks if the goods are in stock; if not in stock will be 4~8 weeks, depends on quantity.
Question 3: Do you provide free samples?
DVK: If samples available in stock, yes, we could offer the free sample to you, but the air cost or courier cost will be on your account.
Question 4: What are your payment terms?
DVK: Order value less than 2000USD, 100% in advance. Order value more than 2000USD, 30% T/T in advance,balance before shipment. L/C available as well.
