1. The Equipment warranty lasts for 12 months from commissioning, not exceeding 15 months from shipping.

2. No warranty covers parts prone to quick wear and tear like die parts, punches, pins, and cutters.

3. Installation, commissioning, and training completion time may vary due to force majeure. Buyer covers expenses for Seller's technician visits, including insurance, air tickets, transport, lodging, and interpreter.

4. Buyer's operator training at Seller's workshop is complimentary.
