TCD series Cabinet Dryer is mainly applied to plastic material drying, particularly for simultaneous drying various plastic materials with small quantities or for trial molding purpose. It can avoid annoy on changing and cleaning plastic materials to save working time. It can enhance toughness, eliminate tension and improve product quality when used in tempering after plastic molding. All these models adopt precise P.I.D temperature control with the superior features on easy operation, stable function and low consumption. There are 3 models , and drying temperature up to 250ºC.

5. The baking tray is designed with stainless steel which can avoid material contamination in the drying process.

7. Adjustable air valve easy adjust air volume; adjustable overheat protector can prevent excessive drying.
8. Safety protection and fault indication system includes main power non-fuse braker; overheat and overload protection, motor overload protection etc., easy operation and maintenance.
9. Intelligent fault alarm - alarm lamp is fitted for indicating malfunction immediately.
10. Intelligent time reservation -24 hours auto start/stop timers can be set at anytime for drying, easy operation.
11. Powder coated appearance with compact construction; small footprint to save space; caster wheels design for easy moving.
12. When baking volatile materials, it is necessary to choose the exhaust function device with inlet and outlet flange (option), high temperature volatile gas will be discharged outdoors after installation to protect personnel safety.
