Product Description
1. Gear-headed with high spindle speed for precision turning;
2. Very rigid machine bed is of double-wall ribbed structure and features superb rigidity;
3. Bed ways ultrasonic frequency quenched and precision ground to ensure a long accurate service life;
4. Removable gap section is provided for swing of workpieces with large diameters;
5. Gears in headstock and feed gearbox hardened and precision ground for low noise in running;
6. Spindle mounted on high-precision tapered roller bearings and high-precision angular contact ball bearings for high-speed accurate revolutions;
7. Automatic feeds and threading operations are fully interlocked;
8. Maximum accuracy and quiet operation even at high speed;
9. High machining capacity with 7.5 KW or 11 KW main motor;
10. Large spindle bore diameter as 105mm for machining of long bars;
11. Feed gearbox well sealed to eliminate leakage;
12. The machine can turn about 200 kinds of metric threads, inch threads, whitworth threads, diametral pitch threads and module threads;
13. Tailstock locked by thread and cam lock;
14. Tailstock is adjustable in the cross direction for turning tapers on workpieces;
15. Electric system is reliable and safe. The main power supply is shut off automatically when the electricity cabinet is opened or the change gearbox's hood is opened;
16. Pedal brake provides quick and effective start or stop during the operation of the machine, thus decreases the standby time and improves the productivity;
17. Digital readout (X/Z axes or X/Y/Z axes) can be mounted as an option;
