Product Description

Application
This China fully automatic facial tissue bundle packing machine 3- 24 bag/bundle is used for bundling packing multiple packs facial tissue paper, V or N fold hand towels or paper napkins in one PE pre-made bags in the format of single lane or double lanes or multiple layers bundling. It can packing 3, 4, 5, 6 packs per bag in single lane or 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 , 15, 18, 24 packs double lanes or double layers.
1. The whole machine needs PLC and servo motor as the control and driving unit to realize the automatic operation of product automatic conveying, reversing, counting, bag taking, bag opening, bag feeding and sealing;
2. Mold forming: The sealing adopts the negative pressure molding design of the mold to ensure the beautiful packaging effect;
3. Human-machine interface: double touch screen setting and operation, simple and convenient operation;
4. Fault tracking and alarm: It can quickly find out the cause and location of the fault and automatically display it on the touch screen, which is convenient for equipment maintenance;
5. Monitoring system: monitoring the presence or absence of packaging bags and products to prevent operation without packaging bags or products; automatic discharge when the shape of the packaging bag is abnormal, automatic shutdown when the bag is abnormally opened, and failure to open the bag due to the adhesion of the packaging bag When the bag is automatically discharged;
6. The packing speed can be adjusted freely;
7. Temperature control system: The heating wire is used for instant heating and AC control mode, which has strong adaptability to the corona quality of the packaging bag, and effectively avoids the disadvantages of false sealing;
