Our plain weave plush shiny elastic shoulder tape is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. Covered spandex inside, good recovery and durability.
2. Low elongation (50%~90%), ideal for making bra strap or shoulder tape.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the dyed plush shiny elastic shoulder tape.
Weaving the greige of the 13MM plush shiny tabby elastic shoulder tape made of polished nylon and covered spandex in dyeable raw white color, considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be 14.5MM.
Load the spool or bale of shiny face plush back plain weave elastic shoulder tape into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
