Our 16mm extra large elongation fold over elastic has the following features:
1. No less than 130% elongation (1:2.3) which is ideal for making hair tie or headband.
2. 140D covered spandex inside which is two times thicker than normal FOE.
3. Customized colors, dye to match Pantone codes or physical color swatches.
4. Precise color matching and very good color fastness.
5. Retail packing such as cardboard, spool and PP bag packing methods are available.

Q: Are you factory or trade company?

Q: Can I get a sample before order from you?
A: Yes, all our readymade samples are free only if you agree to bear USD25~USD30 which is part of the courier freight, and will be returned in your first bulk order to us.
Q: What's the MOQ of your product?
A: Basically 10000 meters of each style if we don't have greige in stock, otherwise any quantity is okay.
Q: What's the MCQ of your product?
A: 2000 to 3000 meters per color for each style depends on width, otherwise dyeing surcharge will be applied.
Q: What's your sample leadtime for a new developing?
A: Solid color elastic 3~7 days, multi-color elastic 7~14 days.
Q: What's your sample charge for a new developing?
A: Single color elastic USD30~70, multi-color elastic USD70~140, all are refundable.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality consistency between the confirmed sample and bulk goods?
A: We seal the confirmed sample with our factories to make sure yarn counts and specifications, weft density and picks per inch, stretchness and elongation, thickness, handfeel and so on of the bulk goods are the same as those of the confirmed sample. We also accept authorized third party inspection before shipment.
