Product Description
Our geometric check pattern elastic band has the following features:
1. Large elongation, soft handfeel, plush backside.
2. Latex free, covered spandex inside, good recovery and durability.
3. Includes both yarn dyeing and piece dyeing.
4. Precise color matching with good color fastness.
5. First setting then ironing, consistent size and dimension.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the checker design elastic band
Woven the greige of the check pattern elastic band using predyed polyester yarns, raw white nylon yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished geometric check design elastic band.
