Our camouflage and polka dot pattern stretch elastic band has the following features:
1. Large elongation, soft handfeel.
2. Latex free, covered spandex inside, good recovery and durability.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the patterned elastic band.
Woven the greige of the polka dot or camouflage elastic band using predyed nylon yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished jacqurd elastic band.
Setting and ironing the greige of polka dot and camouflage jacquard elastic band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine.
