Manufacturing Processes
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex plush back fold over elastic with weft and warp nylon yarns in dyeable raw white color.
Inspecting the dyed plush back thick woven fold over elastic by elastic narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
Load spool or layered bale of plush matte thick foldable elastic into strong export cartons.
