Application:
Food, daily necessities, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries to arrange and array the transmission of the square,round,strip and other products. The front end of it can realize automatic continuous feeding, and can also be manually fed.
The main Function characteristics:
- Packaging capacity for packing materials:150-350 bags/min.
- Frame is designed to be completely isolated upper and lower layers, to prevent the upper material powder residue from entering the lower frame transmission or ground.
- Segmented ring loading hopper has no blind spot powder residue falling. It is easy to clean powder residue and waste without tools.
- It can be driven without chain, which can avoid the chain enlarged due to the long time use to be prone to stagnation. The transmission area is completely separated from the powder residue area to avoid cross contamination.
- According to the requirement of the latter section of material sorting line, the speed of the whole array output quantity of the disks can be adjusted intelligently, so as to avoid more losses to be produced due to the friction between the excess materials.
- Less threaded connection of appearance fasteners makes it easy to clean, which can be better to avoid health dead point. Installation, disassembly, maintenance, cleaning are simple and quick.
- With high-precision and high-sensitive SICK electric eye tracking system, accurately control material position.
