Definition of vacuum homogenizer emulsifier
It means that when the materials are under the vacuum condition, it makes use of the high shear emulsifier to distribute one or several phases to another continuous phase rapidly and evenly, The materials will be processed in the narrow space between stator and rotor by strong energy of motion produced by the mechanical effect. By the operation of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extruding. impacting, breaking, and turbulence for over 100 thousand times per minute, the materials will be dispersed and emulsified instantly and evenly . after reciprocation circulation at high frequency, the fine finished products of stable and high quality without bubbles will be achieved

All our machines will be tested before packaging. Teaching video and packing pictures will be sent to you for checking, we promise that our wooden packaging is strong enough and safe for long delivery.
2. How to finish installing?
We can guide you through the video or photos first. If the customer needs to install on-site that our engineer can be sent to your country. but customers should pay for the air tickets. besides, customers should arrange accommodation for them during the trip.
3. What do we do if we encounter problems with the machine?
Showing us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem can be solved by your workers, we will send you a solution by video or pictures. If the problem is out of your control, our engineer will be sent to your factory (the customer will pay the fee during the trip).
4. How about a warranty and spare parts?
We provide a 1years warranty for the machine, and most of the parts can be found in the local market or you also can buy the parts from us.
