The machine is mainly composed of upper roller device, lower roller and horizontal moving device, idler roller device, main transmission system, tipping device, frame, balancing device, chassis and other parts.
1. Upper roller device
The upper roller device is composed of upper roller, main oil cylinder, upper roller bearing seat and double-row self-aligning bearing.
2. Lower roller and horizontal moving device
The lower roll device is composed of the lower roll, the lower roll bearing seat, the lower roll sliding bearing, the lower roll input gear and so on.
3. Roller device
The roller device is composed of roller combination, wedge mechanism and screw mechanism.
The adjusting screw drives the two sets of wedges to move closer or apart, so that the combination of idlers can be raised or lowered.
The idler roller is made of 45 steel, quenched and tempered, and its hardness is lower than that of the lower roller.
4. Main drive system
The main transmission system is composed of main motor, reducer, output gear and so on.
5. Tip over device
The overturning device is composed of pin shaft, ram, overturning hydraulic cylinder, support and so on.
6. Balance device
The balance device consists of two pull rods and a balance beam.
