Feature:
Tipping frame using hydraulic tipping; Vertical displacement of upper roller adopts hydraulic transmission, horizontal movement adopts mechanical transmission. The equipment has high reliability, stable operation, flexible control, no jamming, oil leakage and abnormal noise.
High precision. The machine adopts the drum shaped roller and the smaller diameter of the lower roller, the lower roller can be adjusted up and down the lower part of the support roller.
The control circuit adopts PLC programmable controller system, less relay, precise action, long service life.
The NC system has the functions of real-time monitoring, in-place control and short electrical memory in the rolling process.
