Main Features of Ozone
1.Sterilization: ozone is gas status with good diffusion, no dead angle and uniform distribution of concentration. Ozone can quickly and thoroughly reduce or eliminate viruses and bacteria in the air and water, especially escherichia coli, salmonella, staphylococcus aureus, hepatitis A virus, hepatitis B virus, fungi and other microbes.

Ozone treatment process for bottles and drinking water

Process 1
The first process adopts the mixing mode with a positive pressure aeration process, which doses ozone gas with certain pressure into water by microporous aeration device, ozone gas produced a lot of bubbles trough the microporous aeration device, bubble will be fully mixed with water during the rising process.

Process 2
The second process adopts the mixing method of negative pressure for ozone dosing, that is the method of venture tube or gas-liquid mixing pump. Ozone gas will be fully mixed with the treated water.
