2. CNC system
The CNC system is equipped with HuazhongCNC 848Di system and a complete set of motors and drivers, with complete functions and easy operation; standard USB and CF sockets.
3. Transmission system
The X, Y, and Z three-axis guideways adopt Taiwan roller linear guideways, which have low dynamic and static friction, low wear, high positioning accuracy, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, long service life, interchangeability, excellent servo drive performance, and improved machine tools. accuracy and precision stability. X, Y, and Z adopt the transmission structure of AC servo motor + synchronous pulley + high-precision ball screw to realize three-way feed of X, Y, and Z. 4. Five-axis head
It adopts double pendulum five-axis head with high precision and high rigidity. The spindle can realize stepless speed regulation within its speed range, and the spindle motor is controlled by a built-in encoder, which can realize spindle orientation and rigid tapping functions.
5. Tool magazine
It adopts Taiwan disc type 24 tool magazines, installed on the side of the column, the manipulator tool changer is used for tool change, and the ATC is a roller cam mechanism.
6. Cutting cooling system
Equipped with a large-flow cooling water pump and a large-capacity water tank, the headstock end is equipped with cooling nozzles (water and air), and water cooling or air cooling can be switched arbitrarily. The machine tool is equipped with a hand-held cleaning air gun, which is used to clean the machine tool and the workpiece after processing.
7. Pneumatic system
The machine tool is equipped with pneumatic components, and the solenoid valve group is controlled by the program to ensure that the spindle tool release, spindle center blowing, and spindle tool clamping actions can be completed quickly and accurately.
8. Safety and protection
The machine tool is equipped with a safety protection device, and both ends of the lead screw are equipped with anti-collision blocks. When problems such as machine misoperation, overtravel, and tool change failure in the tool magazine occur, the machine will stop immediately and give an alarm, and the external three-color alarm light will prompt.

9. Lubrication system
Guide rails and lead screw pairs are lubricated with central centralized automatic thin oil, and each node is equipped with a quantitative oil separator.
10. Chip removal system
