The concrete pipe mold/mold bottom ring/bottom tray/bottom pallet is an obligate spare part while a reinforced concrete/cement pipe is being produced. It is used for supporting/lifting the reinforcement cage, the outside pipe mold, and all the concrete materials during producing a pipe, so the bottom ring/bottom tray/bottom pallets must be very strong enough and wear-resistant. After finishing the production of a pipe, the bottom pallets/bottom ring/bottom tray will still keep supporting the reinforced concrete/cement pipe till the pipe is completely cured, and then the pallets/ring/tray can be taken down and will be reused in the next recycle.

This product is suitable to be packed in stack, smaller size pallets/rings is placed inside the bigger size pallets/rings, thus it can save much shipping space, and better to be shipped by 20'OT container which can load about 15tons to 18tons, if smaller size pallets is order in large quantity, the loading weight per 20'OT container can reach to more than 20tons.

The on-site inspection is equipped with a vacuum direct-reading emission spectrum analyzer, a three-coordinate measuring inspector, a large wet magnetic particle detector, an ultrasonic flaw detector, and a color penetrating flaw detector. With a full-featured molding sand laboratory and testing center, we can achieve strict quality control in all aspects from raw materials, and production processes to final products.
Driven by the concept of green and clean products as our factory's development direction, we established a high-quality, high-efficiency, low-consumption, clean, flexible casting system, using easily renewable and recyclable casting materials and casting processes. The advanced frequency conversion dust removal system protects the health of the foundry industry and greatly reduces the pollution of the casting to the environment. Our factory is a domestic "first-class environmentally friendly green casting enterprise" and a "China Green Casting Demonstration Enterprise" designated by the China Foundry Association.
