It uses a pump to make the bubble, and the bubble takes the materials
turn over and over. The belt brings the materials go forward. At the end
of the machine, there are sprayers to spray the water to flush the
materials again. The partial of water are circulating used, that will save
much for a long term producing factory. The brushes will bring away the
hair, the threadlet and other foreign matters in the products, while the
insects remover will take the worms away.
There are two models of the bubble washing machine, one is using the
conveyor belt while the other one is not. It is decided which one to adopt
to use accroding to the materials kinds. For example, the floating
materials suitable the non-belt model of washing machine, while the
sinking materials are suitable to use the belt type of bubble washing
machine.
