Perfume Bleaching Powder
Specifications:
1. Contains effective hair care essence and precious plants essence
2. Fade various colors
3. Can drop the hurt to hair
Functions:
It is a high performance powder bleach. It has a Dust-free, Non-Drip concentrated formula. Quick Blue delivers faster and brighter superior lightening powder with extra strength lightening action that lifts up to 7 levels. Suited for easy on-scalp or off-scalp application. Stays moist and creamy throughout application and processing.
Usage:
1. In a non-metallic bowl mix the powder and peroxide by 1: 3.
2. On dry hair, starting at the front, work in the mixture evenly, front to back, then down the sides. When using on longer hair, apply mixture evenly starting 3cm away from the scalp, through to the ends of the hair.
3. Leave for 15 minutes then apply to root area.
4. Cover treated hair with the development hat.
5. Leave on hair for your personal development time - checking regularly, approximately every 15 minutes.
6. Remove development hat and rinse hair, then shampoo. Shampoo to remove all traces of the mixture. Dry and style as usual.
