2. Applications in Flame Retardant Coatings
(1) Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP) is a premium, high-performance flame retardant coating material. Its versatility allows it to be incorporated into fiberglass and engineering plastics, including PE, PP, PU, polyester, and nylon, significantly enhancing these materials' resistance to fire.
(2) By integrating 15-20% APP into adhesive and sealing agents, the material substantially boosts fire resistance, ensuring safety and durability.
(3) APP serves as an excellent non-halogenated flame retardant option, particularly for use in PU, providing a safe and effective solution.
(4) This remarkable flame retardant is also ideally suited for fiber-based materials such as paper and wood products. It furthermore enhances the fire resistance of hot solidifying resins like epoxy and unsaturated resins.
3. Packaging, Transportation, and Storage Packaging
Carefully packaged, the product comes in an internal plastic bag with a sturdy knitted exterior, covered with film, each weighing 25kg to ensure safety and integrity.
Loading Container: Each container is efficiently loaded with 25kg bags on pallets, holding up to 20 metric tons per 20' container.
