DP-30 was developed and designed by Suzhou HjClean Technology Co., Ltd. to fill the domestic gap and has applied for national invention patents and utility model patents; this equipment is mainly used for on-site HEPA filter system integrity testing. The scanning probe can provide all the functions of the host. 1.The host adopts a 3.5-inch more user-friendly human-machine interface, with a real-time concentration data interface in the operation interface. It adopts a target driven interface,and the sampling speed of the vacuum pump is clearly displayed on the LcD,making it easy to see; For the selected alarm type and alarm point,there are indications on the menu below the LcD; At the top of the LCD,information such as connection status, alarm type,and report type is displayed.
2.Portable scanning probe-The scanning probe is connected through a circuit as an extension of a host,and the control status and selection icons of all hosts are displayed on a 2.8-inch LCD.This greatly improves the efficiency of the testing personnel, enabling them to immediately detect leaks and provide prompts while detecting them.
3.Easier traceability of test results-DP-30 has three independent reporting functions: storage mode,continuous mode,and printing mode(including filter positions that can be output through a thermal printer for customer retention).
4.Performance Guarantee-Dp-30 adopts original imported sampling pumps from the UK and imported light sources from Japan.The core component sensors adopt top-notch high-precision processing technology in China (equivalent to the technical requirements of the domestic aviation industry).This instrument has been independently tested and verified, and meets the requirements of electronic and safety standards.
