Structure
The STARSE composite screen mainly consists of a central base pipe with a plurality of flow - holes, an inner protective jacket installed on the central base pipe, sand control filter material, an overflow protective jacket and support plate.
It is characterized in that: the external flow protective jacket is equipped with densely arranged groove shaped bridges or arch shaped bridges on which both sides are provided with sand control filter slits. The support plate connects the sand control filter jacket to the central base pipe.

Features
- The materials of the inner and outer protective jackets and the filter mesh are all SS304, SS316, or other higher-level acid and corrosion resistant materials. It can resist the corrosion of acids, alkalis, and salts and meet the special requirements of wells containing H2S, CO2, and high Cl-.


- Both sides of the sand control filter mesh are formed into a cylinder by overlapping without welding. It does not damage the filter mesh and reduces the damage to the filter material caused by internal and external pressures and torsion.
The inner flow through protective jacket helps protecting and supporting the filter medium.


It is not easy to be plugged and conducive to improving oil and gas field production for its high porosity, low flow resistance and large flow area.
The filter mesh can enhance the permeability of the screen when the screen is subjected to changing internal and external pressures. The mesh will expand and contract between the inner and outer protective jackets according to different pressure directions and relieve the blockage between the screen mesh and the protective jackets and improve the flow environment of the screen.
