1200T H Frame SMC Press Machine Composite Molding Hydraulic Press (TT-LM1200T)

Advanced Taiwan technology is adopted in TAITIAN press machines thanks to a senior Taiwan engineer who has been dedicating himself to research and development of hydraulic system for more than 40 years.
TAITIAN is manufacturing H Frame and Four Column structures deep drawing presses that are widely applied in different industries to make deep drawing components.
Features:
A. This SMC press machine has Frame structure and outstanding rigidity. Its main function is to press SMC water tank panel, smc septic tank (commonly referred to glass fibre reinforced plastic) in the metal mould. This serie of machines has reached international advanced standard.
B. Adopt cartridge valve integrated system characterised by little impact, reliable action and long service life as well as little leakage; Enjoy automatic lubrication system of guide rail. (Such technology is introduced from Taiwan. )
C. Mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration safety device. For example: Lower chamber support for the oil cylinder, with the interlock circuit of upper and lower chambers, all offering perfect safety. (We introduced advanced Taiwan hydraulic technology. )
D. Two technics, namely, pressure setting and stroke(travel) setting are available. It is functioned by pressure maintaining and adjustable time delay.
E. Working pressure and stroke can be easily adjusted within a certain range according to technical needs.
F. Adopt PLC computer touch screen integrated control. There are 3 operation manners, adjust, manual and semi-automatic.
Applications:
Applied in thermosetting materials like SMC,BMC,DMC,FRP,GRP, LFT-D this series press machine can be used in producing like BMC manhole cover,SMC water tank panel,SMC door skin, SMC septic tank, SMC electrical enclosure and so on.

Main Components:
Hydraulic Control System
Hydraulic control system takes high precision logic valving system as standard. Pipeline configuration is simple and clear, making maintenance easy. Pipeline connection way preferentially adopts flange joint to avoid oil leakage.
All motors, pumps and pipes are fitted based on advanced Taiwan technology to achieve shock-resistance.
Electric Control System
Electric box is featured with dustproof, waterproof and oil proof. Adopt Schneide electric units to ensure high quality. All units to ensure high quality. All units have labels, so it's clear to identify and easy to maintain.
