We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years, and we hold the right to export our goods directly.

2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It's approximately 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent requests, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.

4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

5. What package do you use for the product?
Products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Wooden box packages are available at an additional cost.

6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineer can assist with installation at your factory. Customers should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover all related costs, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100USD per technician from departure until arrival back at the factory.

7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee along with lifetime maintenance services.

8. What is your company after sale service?
We ensure the prompt dispatch of complimentary replacement parts as necessary.
