This clay hollow brick machine can produce 7 pieces block at one time.Using hydraulic technology,so the blocks produced are of good quality, large density and high strength.There is a wide range raw material available cement, sand, clay, shale, fly ash and white lime or other materials.
1). Four guidepost, the moulds rise/drop steadily.
2). Adopt the plunger pump and proportional valves, hydraulic pressure can reach 35Mpa,can adjust the pressure through PLC.
3). There are two oil cylinder on top mould and one oil cylinder under down mould, up and down press at same time, ,the brick is  much stonger.
4). PLC controlled,touch screen,can adjust the pressure,which can be easily operated by only one person.
5). CH7-10 can make 7pcs bricks per mould, more than 20000pcs in 8hours.
6). Mould can be changed according to cusmer's requirements.
