Product introductionThickness:0.0055-0.009 mm. Designed width: Max.1660 mm.
This foil has clean surface, fine structure, flat shape and uniform thickness. Besides, it has very few number of pinholes and the diameter of those pinholes is very small. All these ensures a stable performance.
Good raw material: Made from the self produced internationally first- class aluminum foil stock with stable mechanical properties and good process ability.
Excellent quality: This foil has uniform color Some key indicators, such as number of splice, number of pinholes,and mechanical properties have all reached internationally advanced level.

Founded in January 2009 and having engaged in aluminum business for over 15 years, we mainly handle the following products: aluminium foil, aluminium sheet and plate and coils and allied products. Our factory has 20 casting-rolling lines, 28 sets of cold rolling mills and more than 30 sets of aluminium foil mills, horizontal and radial shearers, slitting and rewinding equipment, with a floor area of 1.2 million square meters. Aiming on production of light gauge aluminum foil, our product range covers soft packaging and lamination foil, household aluminium foil, aluminium fin stock, semi-rigid container foil and battery foil etc.
Our aluminium foil plant has 4 foil mills equipped with flatness control system from Siemens (AFC) and gauge control system from Honeywell (AGC). We have 18 separators, 7 grinders and 58 annealing furnaces for various applications. Our foil thickness ranges from 0.006-0.09mm, width from 200mm-1650mm and reel diameter up to 700mm.

Process flow of our aluminium foil production is as follows:
Ingot and master alloy melting - furnace holding - continuous casting - cold rolling - mediate annealing - Annealing - foil rough rolling - foil intermediate rolling - doubling - foil finish rolling - separating - annealing - finished foil packing.
