We have 18 separators, 7 grinders and 58 annealing furnaces for various applications. Our foil thickness ranges from 0.006-0.09mm, width from 200mm-1650mm and reel diameter up to 700mm.

Process flow of our aluminium foil production is as follows:
Ingot and master alloy melting - furnace holding - continuous casting - cold rolling - mediate annealing - Annealing - foil rough rolling - foil intermediate rolling - doubling - foil finish rolling - separating - annealing - finished foil packing.
