LKGKL series Filter Reactors are used in conjuction with capacitor banks to form series tuned harmonic filter circuits, so as to reduce or block the specified ultra-harmonic, and to prevent excessive harmonics entry into the system.
The filter reactor produced by our company has a voltage level of 6KV~110KV and reactor capacity 50~100000kvar. The impedance or reactance rate is determined according to customer requirements. The advantages of dry-type air-core reactor
1.High mechanical strength to withstand elevated short circuit forces.
2.Isothermal design method which ensures windings in all layers are the same with respect to the temperature rise.
3.Low noise level for noise sensitive applications.
4.Low eddy-current loss.The winding is wound in parallel with small diameter aluminum (copper) conductor of multiple dielectric layers, greatly reduce eddy current loss.
5.Epoxy impregnated fiberglass encapsulated construction.
6.Reasonable insulation structure, high reliability of inter-turn insulation.
7.Surface treatment for protection against UV radiation and pollution.
