3. Can customer have the sample before order? What's the sample policy?
Certainly! We are delighted to provide you with a tailor-made sample. A nominal sample fee applies, which is reimbursed upon placing your order.
4. How to make sure the quality? Can customer do inspection?
Quality is our utmost priority. Our Quality Controllers (QC) meticulously oversee each critical step, ensuring thorough checks post-production. Before shipment, we can provide you with detailed photographs and videos. If you have representatives or an office in China, we warmly welcome inspections at our facility. All dimensions and details can be verified in-person. Third-party inspections, such as SGS and COC, are also welcomed.
5. Can you help with shipping?
