2. Can customer order different models and colors in one order?
Absolutely, you have the flexibility to mix and match colors and models according to your request. Rest assured, sizes are completely customizable to meet your needs.
3. Can customer have the sample before order? What's the sample policy?
Certainly! We are thrilled to offer customized samples at your request. While there is a sample cost involved, it will be fully reimbursed once your order is placed.
4. How to make sure the quality? Can customer do inspection?
Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team meticulously monitors every crucial process and conducts thorough checks post-production. Prior to dispatch, we can provide detailed photographs and videos for your review. If you have an agent or office stationed in China, you are warmly invited to inspect our facilities in person. They are welcome to verify and measure every detail. Additionally, we accommodate third-party inspections such as SGS and COC for your peace of mind.
5. Can you help with shipping?
