Based on your architecture and interior design style, we can recommend diverse materials and designs tailored to your preferences. Alternatively, you can send us your Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or drawings, and we will provide you with a detailed quote and introduction within 24 hours.
2. Is it possible for customers to order various models and colors in a single order?
Absolutely, your order can be a mix of different colors and models as per your specifications. Additionally, size customization is available.
3. Can customers receive a sample before placing an order? What is your sample policy?
Certainly! We are delighted to offer customized samples. While there is a sample cost, this cost will be deducted from the total when an order is placed.
4. How do you ensure quality? Can customers conduct inspections?
Our quality controllers meticulously oversee each critical process and conduct post-production checks. Before dispatch, we can provide you with photos and videos. If you have representatives or an office in China, we warmly welcome them to inspect and verify all details at our facility. Additionally, third-party inspections, such as those by SGS or COC, are also welcomed.
5. Can you assist with shipping arrangements?
Indeed, we offer a variety of delivery terms, including EX-factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door service. If you have your own shipping agent, we can facilitate the delivery to their warehouse or directly load the container at our factory.
