Precision performer is a type of equipment producing rubber blanks with high efficiency and accuracy. This machine can process a wide range of rubber material, including silica rubber, butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, fluorine rubber, and etc. It can extrude different shapes of rubber blanks such as loops. Rectangular, bars or others, especially suitable for producing rubber sundries, sealing members, oil seal, valves, bottle caps, tennis balls, shoes soles and etc.
It integrates a variety of different functions such as vacuuming, filtrating, extruding, cutting, weighing, counting and etc. Apart from regular water coolers, it also provides other hydraulic system like strong wind cooling system, which is especially suitable for the conditions of high temperature and the lack of water.
