1.Free combination
The modular design makes the production line more flexible and easy to operate. You can freely mix and purchase according to your needs. Even the working procedure can be adjusted.
2.Diversified production
Applicable to all types of bottles and caps. Different filling nozzles can be selected according to different materials to fill (toner, lotion, cream, etc.). Bottle fixers and claw heads can be replaced according to different sizes of caps and bottles. The process of capping and cap-pressing can be interchanged conveniently.
3.Equipments upgrade
Modular design allows more free space for the device. Different modules can be upgraded according to production requirements. It is also possible to upgrade the degree of equipment intelligence, choosing different configurations according to the needs of different development periods.
4.Reliable quality
The host adopts advanced PLC automatic control technology. With PLC and human-computer touch screen control system, it can save the parameters for later use.
