The machine is servo driven, which helps to maintain accuracy and speed. It is suitable for all kinds of liquids and bottle types, compared with traditional filling machines, it has better compatibility, more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. MaxMod consists of 6 modules: Conveyor Module, Air-cleaning Module, Filling Module, Capping Module, Cap-pressing Module and Puck-out Module.

It can convey the bottle pucks. There are thirty-six pucks in one line and they can hold seventy-two bottles at the same time. The conveyor is controlled by servo motors.

It can blow in the clean compressed air then inhale it out to clean the space inside the bottle. It's also equipped with high-frequency pulse ion neutralizers to eliminate the static electricity to prevent the dusts. Besides, bottles can be cleaned upright or upside down, if necessary.

It mainly consists of buffer tank, pipes, diaphragm valves, piston cylinders, cylinders and filling nozzles. They can be quickly disassembled and it's easy to changeover.
It's equipped with a liquid level detection to detect the liquid height and automatic replenishment can be set. We have three different types of filling nozzles to meet the filling requirements of different liquids and bottles. The filling process is controlled by servo motors and it's very accurate.

The capping module is controlled by servo motors, and the torque can be precisely adjusted according to different products. The bottle fixers and claw heads can be replaced according to different bottles and caps, and the height can be adjusted by the hand wheel when changeovering.

We press the caps with the cylinders and can adjust the height with the hand wheel, too. We can swap the capping module and the cap-pressing module according to the specific products.

It's equipped with an automatic puck-out mechanism to reduce labor costs. We can choose the corresponding puck-out parts according to the bottles of different size. The servo can control the gripping height according to different bottles.
