About the control system
The plasma cutting machine adopt Beijing Start control system with Arc voltage height controller.
Beijing Start control system: Large-scale gate array hardware interpolator.

I confirmed about the positioning accuracy to our engineer, to be honest, the most plasma cutting machine positioning
accuracy is about ±0.3mm, and the repositioning accuracy is ±0.2mm,and it is almost impossible to achieve ±0.1mm
in the plasma cutting machine.
About the transmission system.
The machine adopt gear transmission, because the plasma cutting machine mainly used in cutting metal materials,
such as carbon steel, copper, and other materials, the gear transmission can ensure high precision and long life.
If the machine adopt ball screw transmission, it is easy to be bent beyond the heavy materials.
So the machine adopt gear transmission.
