2. Label Glue Application
S-1522 demonstrates excellent initial viscosity and cohesive strength, making it perfect for use in label glue applications. When paired with high SI two-block products, it maintains superior initial viscosity and delivers a clean die-cutting effect. Additionally, it addresses the low cohesion drawback of high SI block products, significantly reducing issues of degumming or label glue migration. Moreover, S-1522 enhances temperature resistance, ensuring the stability and integrity of label glue even under fluctuating environmental temperatures.

The S-1522 thermoplastic rubber elastomer, classified as combustible, must be stored away from fire, heat sources, and strong oxidizing agents. Due to its internal double bonds, it is susceptible to cross-linking and cracking when exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet radiation. To preserve its quality, it should be kept out of direct sunlight and strong light exposure, and stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse.
