Product Overview
The ISG series single-stage single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a second-generation high-efficiency and energy-saving product designed by our company based on the performance parameters specified in international standard ISO2858 and national standard JB/T6878.2-93, combined with our years of production experience. It is an ideal product to replace conventional pumps such as SG type pipeline centrifugal pump, IS type centrifugal pump, and D-type multi-stage centrifugal pump. The series has a flow range of 1.5~1600m ³/h and a head range of 5~150m, with various specifications including basic type, diversion type, and cutting type. Design and manufacture IRG type hot water pumps, IHG type pipeline chemical pumps, and YG type pipeline oil pumps with the same parameters based on the different media and temperatures of the usage scenarios, as well as the material and structural changes of the overcurrent part, to popularize the use of this series of products. It can completely replace conventional centrifugal pumps for use in all situations.
Scope of application
1. ISG type vertical clear water pump is used for conveying clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation boosting and equipment matching. The operating temperature is below 80 ºC.
2. The IRG type vertical hot water circulation pump is suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and transportation in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as boilers, bathrooms, hotels, and other areas, as well as for urban heating system circulation pumps. Its operating temperature is below 120 ºC.
3. IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, and can be used at temperatures ranging from -20 ºC to 120 ºC.
4. YG vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the transported medium ranges from -20 ºC to 120 ºC.
5. The ISGD series vertical low-speed centrifugal pump is suitable for applications with low environmental noise requirements and air conditioning circulation.
