The pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer mainly includes: sterilization chamber, jacket, electrical control system, door transmission device, and vacuum system.
1. Sterilization chamber: The sterilization chamber is made of high-quality stainless steel and is welded and polished on the surface. It is the main carrying space for sterilization.
2. Jacket: Welded on the periphery of the sterilization chamber, and the pipes between the jackets are connected to each other.
3. Vacuum system: This system mainly consists of angle seat valve, solenoid valve and liquid ring vacuum pump. The main function of the vacuum pump is to make the sterilization chamber reach a certain degree of vacuum under program control. The angle seat valve and the one-way valve are the main components that block the passage between the sterilization chamber and the vacuum pump, so that the sterilization chamber maintains a certain degree of vacuum.
4. Door transmission device: It consists of door, motor, mechanical transmission, travel switch and other components.
5. The electrical control part is mainly composed of Siemens series PLC, touch screen, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, etc. PLC and touch screen form a human-computer interaction interface for easy operation. The pressure and temperature sensors collect pressure and temperature analog quantities, and are processed by the PLC to perform related operations.
